We take pride in what we do
All of our food is made by our chefs in our own kitchens. We NEVER use pre-manufactured foods, sauces, or desserts. Everything is homemade from our hand peeled and chipped potatoes, to our slow roasted stocks and jus. We even make our own ice creams. It’s just what we do.
Our suppliers guarantee that all beef, pork and poultry is 100% Irish and HAACP traceable to the farm of origin.
All our food and ingredients are locally sourced where possible and using Irish produce is always a priority.
