Everything is homemade from our slow roasted stocks and jus, including our own homemade ice creams. Our suppliers guarantee that all beef, pork and poultry is 100% Irish and HAACP traceable from farm to fork. All our food and ingredients are locally sourced where possible and using Irish produce is always a priority.
